Default Doing a Tune-Up, Need Advice!

Hey guys, I'm doing a basic tune-up on my 93' Integra LS. I have the following planned:
Plugs
Wires
Fuel Filter
Clean K&N
Adjust Valves
Cap
Rotor
PCV Valve
Oxygen Sensor

Are there any other main parts that need to be replaced for the car to run good and get better pickup? The guy I purchased it from never did anything to it.

How many miles? Maybe new coolant, water pump, Check all fluids like power steering and brakes.

transmission fluid would be good if you don't know much about previous maintenance on the vehicle. I would also bleed the brakes to get clean fluid through the brake lines as well. When I buy used cars, I do a complete fluid change and filter change just to know everything has been taken care of.
