have you replaced your lower ball joints?
are your wheels hub-centered and balanced?

wheels are balance..

centered i don't really know...i did a integra disk brake conversion on it think'n that it might fix the problem too but it didn't...still vibrating...so it can't be the hub...cause it happened even after i replaced with the integra one that i knew is centered...

replaced with new tie rods and sucker shakes more then shakira's hips...

Did you get an alignment after doing the rear disc swap?
You didnt mention if you changed the lower ball joints (not the tie rod ends)... The ones on the knuckle

Yes, I realize you swapped knuckles, however that doesnt mean your buddy's ball joint was any better...
From what I know, integra knuckles are taller than civic's too

4 is the lower ball joint...

Slack in these commonly causes shaking, but often goes improperly diagnosed.

Again, did you get an alignment after swapping the rear arms? What about after swapping on the teg front knuckle?
