Tried searching everywhere.

I'm in the process of fixing my front end on my crashed 95' Accord.
There is this cylinder made out of steel that fell out as i was taking the
front bumper off. It seems like it sit right in the middle of the bumper support.

I was just wondering what in the world it was and what it exactly did.
I searched it up under majestic and game across s/abs/assy/ fr.
