Stuck coolant hose removal
I am in the process of removing my IACV on my OBD-0 B16 and I am having some trouble getting the two little coolant hoses off. I was able to remove the hose clamps with pliers but the hoses seem to be fused on there. I have big hands so it's hard to get a good grip on them.
Does anybody know any tips/tricks for getting these off easily? Any help is appreciated.

Do like wizco said, split the hose lengthwise from it's end to the full length of the barb it's on, then peel it back like a Banana. Get a few feet of some bulk hose (either 1/4" or 3/8") and replace. I like to keep a few feet of 1/4", 3/8", and 5/8" coolant rated hose in my shop, along with some vacuum hose and 1/4" ID fuel hose. You never know when you're going to need it, and it's cheap!

Try to twist them and push it...it should break the seal then try pulling off while twisting in the opposite direction. The pushing in and twist does it most the time for me, but truely you should get new hoses because they may no properly reseal
