Ef w/b16a Runs like crap after warm up please help

Default Ef w/b16a Runs like crap after warm up please help

I have a 90 civic dx. Just put in a b16a in did all the wiring that need to be done. Runs fine till it starts to warm up then starts running rough. At 1/4 thoulte it runs fine any thing pasted that runs like ****. Any one know what it mit be.Does not throw any codes and I've played with the o2 wire's as well them ecu is a pwo

disconnect the o2s and it should show codes 1 & 2. That is assuming they are wired up correctly. I would guess that either your snesors are bung or they are wired incorrectly.

A big air bubble in the coolant? That can cause havoc to an idle. Did you bleed the coolant or anything?

I'd lean towards this as well as the problem doesn't start until your thermo. opens up. Make sure the coolant is bled fully.

Thanks for the help I'll try to bled it again and hope that fix's the problem.

Oxygen Sensors have to warm up to before they will send signal to the ECU. Those old one wire sensors tend to go bad pretty easy. If the sensor(s) are bad (you should have 2) then the car would run fine closed loop until it warmed up and the ECU began looking for signal from the O2 sensors. At that point, the ECU sees a problem and goes into "limp" mode.
