Default Fog Lights

I have a 94 Honda Accord EX. And it has factory fog lights. Is there anyway to change the foglight bulbs themselves? Or would you have to replace the whole Fog Light Assembly? If they were to go out?

One more ? If i replace these bulbs with a higher than stock wattage output bulb. Like say a bulb that is a 55w input. But puts out the equivalent of a 70w bulb, Is it gonna hurt anything?

Link?

IF the bulbs are drawing more current than the wires are designed to handle the wiring can burn out aka melt

As long as the actuall wattage is the same, you're fine. Anytime you see that 55w = 75w crap, it's just a marketing thing. You're NOT actually getting more light output.

Can you send me a pic of what those factory fog lights actually look like? My local Honda dealer claims that "fog lights were not an option at all for the '94-'97 Accord", and my owners manual mentions nothing at all of a fog light option. I've seen a couple people on E-bay selling "OEM 94-97 Accord fog lights", but they look out of place for the Accord's styling (like they are little round lights). Also, on my dashboard, above the radio is a knockout for a button, is this where the "factory" fog light switch would go? Did your Accord actually come with these "factory fog lights" or did you add them later?

Just curious...this whole '94-'97 OEM foglight thing seems to be quite the mystery around here!

that would be true! i see alot of 94-95 accord around here that have stock fog lights but very rare to see them in 96-97 accord, im going to purchase some for my 96 accord. An plus the 94-95 fog light kits are everywere over the internet but very rare in the 96-97 not unless u want to spend $400 from honda.
