This is a tech forum. The majority of the users here care more about lightweight 15" wheels than they do 18" chromes.
With that said, you might get more hits in the appearance forum. Otherwise I don't think you'll get the info you're looking for.

Todd00 Hits the nail on the head.
for 99% of people on H-T, the only way they will turn their head is if u have an uber rare JDM set of rims, or a built k20a swap or something that isnt "bling" that is actually purpose built.
U will find no love for body kits, or 18" chrome wheels here.
If u want to turn heads, find some super rare forged rims, get a nice suspension setup, a nice set of brakes, and a K20 swap or d17 turbo.

sheet metal body kit
collapse your stock springs (dont get lowering springs)
add a huge 4'' exhaust with 3'' piping
buy an ebay intake and put a aem sticker on it
put power by honda stickers everywhere on your panels
buy a Si-R sticker and place it under your trim badge
Try some huge mis-matching vinyls too
Finally, you need a huge tripple decker alumminum wing, that sits at least 8 inches off your hood, and has a neon tube in the middle of it
