i have a b18c motor i will be installing in my 97 ex civic. what short ram intake do i need to buy? i know aem makes a hybrid cold air intake, but i want to go with a short ram.

should i buy the intake for a GSR, the intake designed for my year civic, or a 99-00 civic si intake?

 

An intake designed for a GSR will work.

 

a SRI for a gsr will work...not sure about the cold air for the gsr..might work. A sri/cai for a y8 or b16a2 will not fit...i say keep the stock gsr air box and intake arm and get a k/n filter drop in filter.

 

buy an Ebay one, the absolute cheapest you can find, and throw a good filter on it like a K&N or such.
