K Swaps
i am looking into k swaps and have a few questions.how difficult is it to do this swap?is it any different from a b series or any other swap.also how much am i looking at for say a k24 and which would be best reccomended if i wanted k20a type-r internals, cams, tranny etc.?thanks in advance
http://www.k20a.org is your source for answers.
It's different from a b-series swap. It resembles an H-series with its cable linkage and cutting off of the top tranny bracket. K24s can be bought rather cheaply compared to a K20. PM Nikos for build questions.

It's entirely different than B series & H series swaps. It uses cable shifters like the H, although the engine spins the opposite way and wiring is completely set up differenty..
You need:
- HASport/Hybrid-Racing mounts
- Fuel lines, fuel pressure regulator (preferably a universal one)
- Axles (depending on what K20 you bought)
- ITR (prc) ecu or you'll need to K-Pro the other ECU's (due to immobilizer)
- Hybrid Harness (unless you want to wire it yourself)
- Relocate radiator mounts
And other typical things such as radiator hoses, that kinda thing..
Good luck
