Default DataLink Connector missing, how to hook up new

As title states, I do not have a (OBD1) datalink connector (swap) and need to pass ref.

I know that one wire goes to D7 (Lt Blu), but it is a 3 pin connector.

1. What about the other two wires (ground and ?, which location)?
2. What wire goes to what pin on connector?

Thanks for any help... I have searched with no luck.

pin on connector
1 - green/white - ground - D22
2 - not used
3 - light blue - D7

I think... there is no mention of a connection to pin 2 anywhere in the helm.
