will the crx front lip fit the civic sir? i know that it has the two little grooves for the crx fogs but, suppose i were to shave/cut those off....are the crx and civic front bumpers the same????

No need to get upset...seriously search I have seen this topic like 5 times in the past two months...you will find the answer, I dont think it will direct bolt up but im sure you can fabricate it. People will not respect you if you throw out stuff like that so please, next time search. Honda-tech first, then other automotive sites, then google...then lastly post it.

yes..on the front of the crx lip there are three parts that go into the bumper, cut the two outer pieces, and it should fit!!! but you should really learn to search i seen 2 before and im sure theres more then that.... anyways i hope it helps
