does anyone have a writeup on how to install sir-g fogs and wire them up?

Its really straight forward. Get a fog wiring kit with a relay and you'll be set. If not, check over in the articles section on team-integra.net, there is a good write-up and diagram over there on how to wire up foglights in general.
