how do I modify my air/fuel mixture?
If im running to rich, how do I modify my fuel/air mixture.
This is a 95 ex. With aem short ram intake, headers, megan (yes not mugen)
and full exhaust with a nice cat, muffler, resinator. Im running a msd ignition.
My filter was hella dirty, going to change that. Also cleaned my pcv.
Any more ideas about how to fix this problem.
(trying to pass emissions, failed by a few points)

You can't change it without at least some kind of piggyback ecu/fuel controller. Even then, it wouldn't be wise to do this on your own without a wideband O2 sensor. If your O2 sensor is starting to go bad, it could cause your car to run too rich without triggering a CEL.

with age o2 sensors start responding more and more slowly. They usually do not trip a CEL. On newer cars you may or may not get a CEL

Trust me... We know what we're talking about.
Now, we're not saying the O2 sensor is definitely the problem. We're simply stating that it is a possibility. And in my eyes, a strong possibility.
