i need to know this cuz i am not passing amissions on my stock ls motor in my civic. only thing i can think of is the b16 fuel pressure regulator i have on it that would make it run a little rich. please help me

 

fuel presure should be at 38-42 but if you are runing rich u should lower it and play with the distributor timing as well. my friend crx had the same problen and i played with it a bit and then it passed emissions but then again we live in canada and our limits migth differ
