I just put a Z6 head on my 90 Si Hatch... It starts fine and idles great but won't rev up past like 4 or 5K.. It sounds exatcly like its hitting the rev limiter. Cam timing and ignition timing are all set right.. What could this be ???

The CEL was on when it was running, then when I went to get the codes the light turns off when the key is on without the engine running... ?

 

Any Ideas ??
