Try Full Throttle in queens, NY...they usually have em in stock, or get them fairly easily....my boy just picked up a first gen B16 from them, for 1850 with the Hasport mounts and linkage. 1-718-326-1052, http://www.fullthrottlenyc.com

b16a doesn't have same power. 20 horse is a good difference. I have a 95 gsr motor. totaly complete. NOTHING MISSING!! guranted to start. I have lots of ebay feedback. Motor is in my civic right now. can take for a ride if you want (locals) I am getting a built motor from IB for my civic now. I just don't like getting used motors. Don't get me wrong. The motor in my car is just fine. But I want my own brand new motor.
It has a act 6 puck clutch in it, lightened flywheel, axles, ecu, shiftlinkage, 10.3 MM plug wires, shined valve cover(looks awesom), ect. The ONLY thing not with the motor is the wire harness. let me know if anyone is interested. If someone is legit, I will take the motor out of my car. I am willing to ship.
