perfomance question

what would be better for my d16z6 so far it has 13:1 compression, obx intake manifold, fuel rail, injectors, throttle body spacer, and a vafc 2. i was wondering if a 65 mm throttle body or a stage 1 cam would be better

they were some ebay brand that said 13:1 but still what would be better

A p28 chipped and a dyno tune will do worlds better then anything else.
