Hey guys,

Most of you know Edwin from Expos.. well, just recently, i purchased his ITR!

The car drives amazing, it has definetly been driven hard and tracked by Edwin....so i was concerned, but the engine and transmission is as smooth as butter and really quiet..car seriously drives like new, other then the passenger side wheel bearing i think is starting to go. (makes noises when i take sharp left turns..).. Oh yeah, the handling??? JEEZ! point and shoot! Summer time and some slickly tires.. woot.

The drive/acceleration is wild, amazing mid range power, crazy topend and lowend grunt with an amazing sound powered by the Brullen SS 2.5" mandrel exhaust + high flow SS cat . It seriously scares the crap out of me when I floor it and run it throught the gears and pass other cars like they are standing still.

To go along with the power, the braking is amazing, brembo rotors and PBR Ceramic pads stop on a DIME.. literally! The only thing is they are squeeking like a taxicab, Im assuming this is because of the -20C temperatures..can anyone confirm this, or should I take it to a shop and see if there is something stuck, stones? or anything else..? real annoying

It truly feels and drives like a real racecar, and a pure pleasure. I actually ripped out the CSC Racing cage today since I really do need the rear seats for passengers, otherwise Id be rolling in a S2k right?? But I doubt its as fun to drive.

Gave it a real nice interior clean, and wash.. so i feel alot more accustomed and have the 'ownership' feel to it now.. installing some JDM rear seats tommorow, along with taking it to a bodyshop and pulling out dings, and a dent, and most likely redo the OEM CW ITR wheels since they aren't that great condition.. Oh yeah, gotta fix the antenna motor too... I just took a pair of plyers and raised it so i can tune into my fav stations for now..

I can truly say, this is a true race car!

As for the brakes, im sure if they are semi metallic pads, they wont stop squeaking til they are warmed up. So the temperature is probably the reason. Ceramic pads will solve the problem but i dont know what you want to do with the caR.

They are 100% ceramic, its odd, sometimes they squeek, sometimes they dont.. Iv tried braking alot, stomping on them, etc.. doesnt seem to do the trick.. I think the blank brembo rotors, and the -20C temperatures play a huge part.

babynsx; Im down for Expo! Im looking into it right now.. but we definetly 110% have to organize a Toronto meet and hit up our local track! It'd be a first time for me, but atleast I have Edwins great platform to work with, more forgiving?
