I'm using 7" +40mm wheels with 225/45 Hankook RS2s. Works like a charm without any mods to the fenders. I can't guarantee any other fitments.

FYI, my friend tried to fit my 15x6.5" +40mm wheels with 225/50 Toyo RA1's on his '90 CRX and they hit the fender. They could have fit, but it would require fender rolling. This was for a track car and significantly lowered, so maybe at stock ride height everything would work, but I don't know that for sure.

im running 225 50 15 ra-1s on a 7" +38 wheel. i had to roll the rear quarter lip more than i had to with the 205 azenis on a +40 wheel. my car is low. from what i've heard from other h4/ita guys the hoosier 225 wont fit out back. and i've tried it on a +40 and it sticks out past the quarter and hits the trailing arm. the 225 toyo fits pritty well.

I has some 225/45 kumho's on stock oem 15x6 wheels, it was a squeeze but they fit, the 225 hoosiers dont even come close to fitting on the 6" wheel or the car without grinding /cutting

i've found you can fit just about whatever you want up front. 225 50 kumho 710s fit no prob up front on the +38. i didnt dare try them out back tho.
hey jimmy. you wanna buy some 7" wise wheels? got some ssr type-x with your name all over them

There are ITA drivers out there with 15x7's and Hoosiers; it's just a monumental PITA the get the rears to fit and from what Fowler @ OPM told me, they don't necessarily work any better than the 14's. FWIW, I run 14x7 TD's with a 38mm offset and 225/50 Hoosiers and they work great. The fenders are rolled but everything "fits" just fine.
