it is mentioned by accord service manual.

If you didn't break loose the crankshaft pulley bolt, I wouldn't worry about it.

He's correct. If you simply adjusted your valves there is no need to retorque the crankshaft bolt (since you never took it off to begin with and its still probably under the insane pressure like 600 ft/lbs +). You should be fine...........so long as the clanking went away after you adjusted the valves.
