Need options for my LS 94 Integra! V-tec?
of course its safe if you do it right and with a proper tune.
There's all kinds of how-tos and whatnot on this forum...
basically it takes the ls block, a vtec head, and mate the two together with a golden eagle vtec kit(or any of the other ones around), with a few extra things... You'll need a chipped ecu and ems as well.

Except skip step 3 because N/A is not worth it for the money, especially with the LS engine, so go with boost.
There's a ton of info about LSvtec and a ton of info about forced induction, just search and it'll answer any question you could basically ever have about either one.
