Default Spoon headgasket or 1layer stock headgasket?

ok i got a few questions on the Spoonheadgasket/ 1 layer headgasket idea. How thick is the stock headgasket? How thin is the 1 layer or spoon headgasket , and how much does it affect stock timing, and how much does it raise compression by? would it just be better to get CTR pistons ? were only shootin for .6 more compression points... wanna be a little over 11:1 ... thanks for your help you guys!

sorry, but i think the spoon head gasket is a waste of money. If you want compression the right way, go with pistons.
Spoon head gasket is a waste, if i had to choose between single layer honda head gasket or spoon, i'll go with the single layer one.

No, i don't have the ITBs yet, but planning on my next motor. One of my friend had single layer head gasket. it ran fine for a long time untill it blew up on the dyno.

Thank you
Greg
