i did a compression check on my motor earlier this week because it has been burning oil lately and these are my results:
#1 #2 #3 #4
regular: 137 151 130 151
wet: 162 173 172 181

looks like my #1 and #3 piston rings are goin out, not sure how much longer i have, but i was wondering what u guys would suggest i do, this block has alot of miles on it. what swaps would you suggest, i dont have much money cause im tryin to save for college next year.

i need a more reliable motor before mid august ive been wanting a b16 for a while but im not sure if i can afford it so i was startin to look at a d16z6 swap, what do you guys suggest, and how much should i suspect to spend on any of these swaps?

any help would be appreciated thx
