ls turbo
On any simple bolt-on turbo kit, your only looking at around 200hp and thats pushing it.
Suggestion: Instead of asking "how much power am I going to get" ask "how much power do I want" and then go about researching and asking questions. Build your car based on a plan and goals, not marketing and ease.

As posted above the LS/Turbo thread is really full of great information.
I would look into either a PeakBoost or Full-Race kit if you have the money instead of a greddy or revhard. HP estimates are hard to answer without a given turbo/motor setup. Good luck with what you choose
