Default Injector and Cam Question(rebuilding)

Im starting to buy parts for my Racing Head. I have a brand new Stock head on my r right now the old one im going to build as a race head for track days. I have searched and found nothing on bc spec V cams.

As of now what i want to do:
Buddy Club - Valve Springs, Retainers, Valves, Spec V, cam gears.

I already have purchased a Skunk2 IM/70mm TB its been fully ported and tb port matched. Going to be getting SMSP Header and Full 2.5" Exhaust.

As for the bottom end im going with forged je pistson 12.5:1, IM Spec Rods and APR Bolts rod/head.

IS the Spec V to wild of a cam for me for the build?

Also with that build would RC310CC Injectors be over doing it or should i stick with stock injectors.

310's are not overkill.

Search for user name 92TypeR and look for his threads about the Buddy Club cams. May be in the all motor section. That should answer a lot of your questions.

The BC5's might be a bit too big for your setup. I personally ran the 4's along with a few other people near me. I had 11.5:1 comp and a friend of mine had ~12.8:1, we both loved the cams. I never dynoe'd my car, but my friends car made 211whp.

BC5's make crazy topend HP. If you are looking to build a motor to wind out to 9500-10,000 BC5's are it.

They are not very impressive in the mid-range however.

If you are looking for a kick in the pants between 4000-7000, Pro-2's will do the job nicely.

I'm currently running the Spec IV on 12.5:1 compression and I love it. Hopefully your head flows well enough to support that Spec V as they are usually aggressive enough for at least a 2.0L.

310cc Injectors a minimum. Stock injectors definitely won't work.

Rough Graph (by Phearable)

240cc = 180-190whp 310cc = 200-220whp 370cc = 220-280whp
440cc = 280-330whp 550cc = 330whp-380whp 660cc = 380whp-425whp
720cc = 425whp-475whp 880cc = 475whp-525whp 1000cc = 525whp-600whp

Im still in the toss up for change. I want alot of power without turbo but i really want to keep it all stock and get a port/polish/extroude hone head and im. to get the awsome air flow. since integra is dead by production its only going to get rare and expensive

I'd try out the Rocket Motorsports m22xx cams as the most aggressive for a 1.8L setup.

And if you want a lot of all motor power, sleeve your block for a higher displacement then. Which will easily let you run your Spec V and other similarly aggressive cams.
