me being from canada, its easy, however, for you cali folk, I hear that if you convert your car to natural gas, or propane, you get an emissions exemption. Then, you change it back to gas...theres been a few posts on it, and I theres a guy on here that has a company that does it. Try searching for 'smog help' or something

no, WTF, you got to be smoking crack.

you need the motor to be newer than the car itself, you need to bring proof of owner shop and all the part, you need to make all the smog equipment present and working. then you file the paper work at dmv and they will bring the car to test, sometime it pass, sometime it doesn't
