Well, is it an aftermarket steering wheel, or is it an OEM replacement?

What kind? Because if it doesn't have a horn button on it, you'll need a switch of sorts to connect the circuit that will make the horn work.

actually somebody told me that i need a honda shoe horn. just wanna know if i can use the same shoe horn that some body use for his 94 teg and 95 eg. i have a 01 civic. thanks

A shoe horn? Umm...


I think you mean that you need a similar horn for the wheel. If it came with one, you'll need to wire the harness to match the original wiring, and that should be it.
