Have you sent the crank out to be machined or inspected?
Depending on the condition of the crank, you will need:
OE main and rod bearings
OE rings
OE bottom end gasket set (includes main seal, oil pump gasket..etc)
OE valvecover gasket set (includes new valvecover gasket, gromets..etc)
Optional but recommended:
OE Oil Pump
OE Water Pump
OE Tensioner/Timing belt
You should get some ARP headstuds. Since it is just as expensive to replace the head bolts (you are not suppose to reuse OE head bolts), might as well.
Don't forget to make sure the head and deck are square, and you should really check the bore to make sure it hasn't oval'ed.
