1.3'' drop isnt much at all.
2'' or greater is where you really need to start doing work to alter the setup.
I would leave them alone or just cut them in half, but make sure you have some type of bump stop there.

I know the Tein springs tell you how much to cut off, check and see if any documents were included with whatever springs you got.
