Where do this go?
They go to the resonator for the stock airbox. Follow them back to the intake manifold and remove the vacuum line there and put some vacuum caps on the nipples.
What about this silver greasy thing?

And a couple more things...
I found this harness unplugged under the driver side dash and there is also a little wire snipped (2nd pic on the left side' really close). What are they?

I don't have the fuse cover so what are these fuses that I am missing?

If you guys answer these, I promise to leave you alone...at least for a little while

silver thing is the breather tub for the tranny i dunno if anything should be on it..as for the wire harness cant tell but if the car runs i woudlnt worry bout it
I know, but it is kinda sketchy. I got all my lights to light up at start up except the SRS!
And do you know about the fuses?
Hey, Hawkze, what is the box that those hoses were connected to? Is it okay to remove that along with the one harness plugged into it?

Yes, once you have an aftermarket intake that box and everything attached to it is dead weight. Take it out
I don't what to say about that wiring................

I would say find a cap for that vent on the tranny, just so you don't get dirt in your tranny fluid, heck do a fluid change too. And does your srs light come on at all when you turn the key and all the lights turn on before you start it up? Gotta wonder if you read Hawkzes wiring removal thread, but in any case, aside from what I said earlier, wash that engine man!!! Go to a carwash or at home with the hose, spray the whole thing down with a ton of simple green, wait like 5 min, then blast it all off, not getting any water in your air filter, distributor cap, or spark plug area.
Oh and if you really want to go nuts, pull off the box that is in the passenger wheelwell that those hoses and such lead to as well, may have to pull the bumper to do that I can't remember.
I actually bought some engine cleaner crap but I think it was designed for newer engines, the ones with covers on everything, cuz it didn't do squat! The only reason I have yet to clean the engine bay is because it is my daily driver and I only have part of the weekends to do it. Anyway, any help with the fuses?

That's the bottom piece of your stock intake in the lower fender well you have a short ram I could be there depending if you took it out or not.
