FI E/M fuse 15a keeps blowing up

FI E/M fuse 15a keeps blowing up
The FI E/M fuse under the hood keeps blowing up. I disconnected the main relay and it didnt blow up so when i reconnect it, the fuse blows up. I swapped the main relay with a working one and it does the samething. All fuses are good except the FI fuse keeps blowing. Power is there without the FI fuse. A weird thing now is when the brake pedal is depressed, dash light comes on and the front turn signals stay light up. Alternator power is disconnected by the way. Anybody help me? asap. Thanks

there is a re cal on it.. the wire harness runs between ur intake manifold and its getting cut buy the intake manifold bracket.. u gota take ur harness out and fix the messed up wires under ur intake manifold

You are mistakenly confusing under-dash fuse 15 of 6th generation Civics with the under-hood 15A main relay fuse that is blowing here.
