What's the Offset numbers for the FG2?

There is only one offset number and that is the +45mm that swarm gave you.
The lower you go from that number (+40mm for example) is the further the wheel will be set out (towards the fender).
The opposite is true for wheels that are higher in number (+48mm for example) which will bring your rim in closer (towards the suspension).
Your best bet is stay as close as you can to the stock +45mm offset unless you are specifically going for a certain look.

On my quest for squeezing the widest tire possible under my sedan, I did a lot of research on this. I'm running 18X8.5 +38 Offset with 255/35R18's, which is pretty much the largest tire you can fit without coilovers or mods to the wheelwells. It's also very close to the factory tire in height. You can also use a 255/40R17, (which is basically the same height as the 255/35R18, just on a 17" rim) with the same result.
As others have correctly stated, the stock Offset is +45 on the 17X7 Si rims. With the stock 17X7's and 215mm wide tires, you have approx. 15-20 mm of space (rough estimate) to play with before you contact the strut.
As for fitting the widest tire possible... 255's will fit with +35's or +38's on an 8" or 8.5" rim (both 17" &18"). They may fit with +40 but it's going to be really close on the struts, I personally haven't tried it. Stock height 255's on a +45 WILL RUB, GUARANTEED. On the opposite end of the spectrum, +30 just BARELY Rubs on the wheelwells with the 255's at full lock, but it's not overly excessive.
Therefore, your best bet if you're going for the 255's is a +35 or +38. Be careful running a tire taller than stock with the stock strut setup because it will rub. Shorter than stock tires will alleviate this issue and allow you to go with a +40 or possibly even a +45 and still clear the strut.
If you're going for something less extreme, tires witha 225 section width should fit on pretty much any rim from +30 to +50 offset.
Hope this helps,
Hans

i rub occasionally on a 17x8 +33 with a 215 tire... But I'm dropped and my fenders aren't rolled.
I don't know how in the hell you fit a 255, I'm wondering how I'll be able to squeeze in a 235 with rolled fenders.

I should have added the following info to this post... my car is a FA1 Sedan LX, stock height.
If the car's lowered, you're gonna have a hard time fitting anything much bigger than a 225.
Are Si's Lower than LX/EX models in stock trim? I believe they sit about an inch lower... but I'm not sure.
Sorry for the confusion,
Hans
