+6.00mm Offset w/ 6.00mm Space vs. -6.00mm Offset
Just started looking at these numbers. I'm not good with numbers and I'm trying to understand the concept but maybe there is something I don't know. Is there a difference between these two setups?

have a look at this chart, it should help you understand the concept of wheel offset. most cars uses "+" offset wheels, the higher the offset numbers, the wheels goes inwards into the fenders. the lower the numbers the more the wheels will stick out of the body of the car. offset numbers is in millimetres.

+6mm offset with 6mm spacers would create essentially a 0mm offset, so it would not stick out as far as the -6mm offset.
