does anyone have experiences of these oz rally lancers?...im thinking about trading my em2 for one but im not sure about it. how does it handle? acceleration? comfort? thankz

 

they are lame.

they are underpowered, old mans cars with a fancier wheel to try to entice a younger crowd.

IMO they are crap, and id stick to the em2.

This might sound gay to some people but i love the new camry. When they have the sport package on them they are the sex. LPlus you can get the 260 something hp engine. Just my two cents.

new camry's are DOPE! i would buy 1 in a second if i needed a sedan and didnt want to buy an IS300/IS350.

But then again, Camry's are in a totally different price range than a OZ Lancer.

if u like the OZ lancer, u might want to check out the 07 Si's, or come up to canada and get a CSX.( <-- they are the same kinda deal as the 1.7 EL, just an upscale version of the 4 door Civic)

 

my next car is gonna be a s2k. i already have a honda bike and my em2, so i kinda fell in love with hondas

 

is the csx the front end that looks sort of like the rsx but a little different? and doesnt the front end of that fit right onto the em2 civics?

Nope,

CSX front end probably fits on the 07+'s only. as the CSX is 07+ 4 door based off the civic platform.


You are probably thinking of the 1.7EL, they have a very nice front end, and are swapable onto em2's.

Kinda sorta... it is the D17A2 VTEC engine in the EL.

 

i might be getting a tiburon....yeah yeah yeah i know hyundai's suck cause korean cars sucks haha...i know i've heard it haha, but still its faster then a em2.....idk i just want something faster and looks good but damz why does hyundai have to make the tiburon

It's a QUICK car, for what it is.

 

I saw an old black 351 boss mustang. couldent tell what year but it dident look like the owner cared much for it. i was thinking of asking the guy if he wanted to sell it but im not a big fan of mustangs..... although it does look sick.

On another note i am going to be geting my tax refund soon anfd i will be taking out a small personal loan, so i can finnaly drop in a k20a2 into my 05 civic lx..... i found a shop with one for sale the guy there wants to put one in a em2 but no in the area has done it yet. i might be the first in Colorado springs to have a k20 swap....

Also will a swaped em2 beat a wrx sti? off the line and from a roll.

just as a hint those Lancer Oz rally things are not very good exept for looking good. My friend has one and i trashed him in my stock em2. they are just far to heavy with no horse.

Tell me you are kidding? Forget the 300 Horsepower. The torque, combined wth the AWD will MURDER your car. Plain and simple.

Hell, I have just as much Crank HP, and MORE crank TQ than an STi, and I STILL get beat by them.

If you do... props... but I doubt you will with just a simple K swap.
