da wheel locked

wassup fellas, my boy has a 91 teg with the original motor and tranny in it. recently his passenger side wheel locked and will not turn even when he tries to drive it out of its lock. it has a little play so i know its not the caliper. any ideas

front or rear? wouldnt hurt to check to see if the calipers are still good.

i would pull the brake assembly off and see if it moved. if that didn't work, i'd pull the hub assmebly off and see if that was seized in any way. if that didn't work i'd think i't have to be something in the tranny, but i doubt that is the case..
