If a b16a2 head is similiiar to ITR head why do ppl need to upgrade the valve train??
ummm like topic says...
ppl say b16a2 head is similiar to the ITR head without the port and polish..
if so.. why do ppl need to upgrade the valve train on a b16a2 head to run ITR cams or CTR cams?

the valvetrain isnt the same either. you dont really need to upgrade your valvetrain
unless you revving over 8,000 rpm
unless you revving over 8,000 rpm
you need some revs every once in a while. if you go above 8400 us itr owners must upgrade our stuff.
Ah... so just throwing CTR cams or ITR cams would be okay then eh?
I'm not sure wehre the power is made from ITR and CTR Cams... I'm guessing it should be under 8000 rpms?!?!?! i have no idea...
