Seized/Stripped 32mm Sealing Plug on Trans

Default Seized/Stripped 32mm Sealing Plug on Trans

The large 32mm 3/8"drive plug on the side of my tranny is seized and striped, anybody have any ideas to get it out, i dont have to save the plug, but i would like to save the case if at all possible, i have another case but if i can keep from destroying it i would like too. I tryed pb blaster and heat before it striped

U have a welder? Stuff a pos 3/8 extension in their and tack it enouf so it dosent move

No i dont, i realy need to get one, i can possibly get access to one tomorrow if it doesnt come out tonight.

ya like the man said welder will be your only hope and it will work but you just waist the ext. and bolt but I am sure you wanna get a new one now anyway...good luck

actualy it didnt work, i hammered on it with a chisel for about a hour, didnt budge at all

try using EZ outs, it might work, ive never done it on a drain plug, but it works with bolts,
