Headlight enquiry....
Hi folks! I REALLY need help with something! I'm not an s2000 owner unfortunately, but am currently undergoing a project wherein I'm planning on mounting a set of s2000 headlights on another car.
anyways, I keep hearing talk of a computer that goes with the headlights? Can this be left out? And simply use the donor car's existing wiring with the s2000 lights?
ANY info would be greatly appreciated! Cheers!

And am i correct in saying that the cluster has a seperate indicator bulb, headlight and finally the HID? Would hte lights function without HID bulbs?
Which cluster? The instrument cluster inside the cabin? I'm not sure since you are in the U.K. and I am in the U.S.
You may have headlamps that have city lights in them just like some JDM cars.
If you don't use the HID bulbs with these headlamps then you won't need the ballasts. However, I would venture to say that light output would be crap unless the proper bulbs were used.

Sorry matey, i meant the headlight cluster. IE, is there a seperate orange indicator bulb, a dipped beam bulb, and the HID? I'm just trying to figure out a way to attach these to another car...
You could just use an aftermarket HID kit with D2S bulbs to fit the headlight.
The highbeam is H1, there are (2) T10 sockets for blinkers and (2) normal sockets for single filament illumination.
