I have a B18LS engine with a B18 GSR tranny and my halfshaft will not bolt up wit the 3 bolts to the back of the engine but goes into the tranny fine. anybody else have problems like this? PLEASE HELP!!! thanx

 

Are the bolt holes not lining up by means the axle needs to go farther into the tranny or back out?
Make sure the axle is going ALL the way into the tranny.

 

ive checked that and it is just that they like all line up but the halfshaft piece sticks out so it like creates a triangle ship wit the bracket for the 3 bolts and my back of my engine

 

You are referring to the intermediate shaft, correct?

I have no idea what it means to "creates a triangle ship wit the bracket" but if the end of the shaft is not 100% set in the transmission then that bracket will not line up.

Is this a replacement shaft? Are you sure it is the correct one for your car?
