question about filling my tranny.
99 gsr tranny.
i was wondering when i am filling the tranny, is the car suppose to be leveled? or can i just do it with the car on two jack stands.
and do i just fill the tranny till fluid leaks out?

This is why we have tech forums....
car should be as level as possible, pour tranny fluid in top hole (vss sensor hole) until it barely comes out, bolt vss back in, lower car, done.

are u sure "until it barely comes out ?" i do this method but i make sure its 2 quarts at least.. but no more then 2.5 .. always thought if it were to "barely" come out that would be the filler hole or wahtever the other method to do it..
