Default JUST GOT that EF HELP

Ok so i put my new ef civic with typeR engine and it goes nuts but on the way home after about 40 mins drive my car went so slow i put my foot down and it was kind of bog and try and go what could i have done? it was after i was chasing my mate at 160 kpm could that just be becuase of heat? engines making knocking sound

it didnt really go past half way it didnt at one point its a ef civic typeR it goes nuts but now its really slow knocking sound in the engine bay its kind of bobby and wants to go then stops.

Sounds like you might of blew a bearing. Pull the plugs and let us know the color or even better yet post some pics of it. Get ahold of a compression tester and see what compression you got across all four cylinders. Shouldn't be anymore than 10psi difference across the board.

the colour? i cant compression test it but if there is a place open tomorrow i will get them to check it out

No it sounds like a rod to me I just spun a rod bearing on wensday.

My car went from running perfect so running like **** missing on cylinder 1 and its knocking real bad.
