Default Hi from Canada

Hey everyone, I've been reading topics but didn't have a project till now

I have a 91 black sedan that I'm planning to mod this summer...

To date I have :

DOHC ZC, PM6 and Dx tranny
SI gauge cluster, clock and console
DIY amber corners and bumper lenses
Sylvania Silverstars hi/low beam
and some new Dunlop Graspic winter tires

Getting this week... Some 13" light VX wheels, OBX coilovers and DC Tokico Illuminas for the front. Getting stock DC struts for the rear for now... all for $300

also getting the lower ZC exhaust manifold so I can put the OEM ZC manifold on and start building an exhaust..

Have to pick up some EG\DC forks to make the front struts work too... (thanks Ben Ogle for the info.)

Some pics to come, it's winter here right now so the project won't start for a few months but just saying Hi..

I'll post pics for the parts when I get them and try to keep this updated as I go.

Comments?

try to find at least a 14" wheel. there arent many options when it come to 13" wheels. i had mugen cf-48's and couldnt find a decent tire in that size.the handling will blow and the tires will roll and buckle under any type of spirited driving. they feel scary as kicked ***** when trying to speed up a bit.

looks good

Hey if you want a little more performance for cheap, put in a PG7 (88 - 89 Integra) ECU. The redline is set higher and the fuel and ignition timing maps are a bit different. Seems to work pretty well, at least in my car.

It's the H.O.P. console that came on the 88-89 SI's..I'm swapping it for a DC console today

Actually the PM7 is technically the best for that engine, although they're hard to find nowadays. You could also get your PM6 chipped and burn in a PM7 program. I always found the PG7s to run rich.

Car looks great man, I'd trade in the DX transmission for a ZC or Si though, it'll wake that motor up a little more.

this guys all over the place... switchin wheels haha.. how does the dohc zc run on the pm6? well? i cant decide between dohc zc and sohc zc, dohc has more power stock, but sohc has more aftermarket options, mini-me, and easier to find parts.

DOHC ZC has plenty of options as well and parts are easy to find. Trust me. You can use a lot of same D-series stuff that you would on a SOHC.
