Suspension Thread, and i'm new to the Integra Forum
Well, i would like to say i very happy to join the Integra Forum. I recenly had a 2000 civic ex, and got in a accident, forcing me to get an amazing deal on a 2000 integra gs-r
. 85k bone stock, perfect condition outside, and black leather is in MINT condition. Picked her up for 8200. Now im looking to lower her, im not sure if there is a suspension thread but there isnt i was wondering if we could start something where you guys post:

IF this is a horrible idea lmk and ill forget it, just trying to see whats the best out there and this would give everyone good ideas along with me.

just get a jdm front and cut ur springs
red jdm fronts are so sexxxay. On a serious note lol, best "bang for the buck" would be, by popular opinion, the ground control + koni yellow setup, ranging from 800-900 new, or 500-700 used.

i got Eibach spring sitting on Tokico Illuminas; i dont even have them installed yet because i just got them yesterday, getting them on next week
almost the same setup as "Ground control and koni yellows" but cheaper
if you not planning on taking your car to the track, save some money and get Tokicos they are as good as koni yellows.
i got my shocks on shox.com ,they shipped out my shocks the same day plus they have free shipping on tokicos and kinis, which ever one u get

just stay away dropzone springs and shocks, sure they have a great price but the ride sucks and it seems like they use spring that they cut because my **** rides like crap. learn from my mistke
car: 93 RS DA
susp: tokico illuminas w/ eibach sportlines
cost: roughly 550
location purchased: ebay
pros: both well known and respected brands. high quality. tokico's are beefier then KYB AGX's. relatively cheap for quality. adjustable compression. great for daily driver.
cons: not height adjustable. springs aren't a very low drop, less than 2".
also have full ES Master bushing kit w/ motor mount inserts, skunk2 F&R upper strut bars, skunk2 Rear lower tie bar, Suspension Techniques rear sway bar, skunk2 Rear LCAs, Z10 traction bar, Moog ball joints/tie rods, and ingall's camber kits front and rear. only stock rubber bushings are trailing arm bushings and front sway bar chassis mount bushings.
i'm a fan of how she rides, i put about 300+ miles on her a week and she'll hold a corner very nicely

I've got Koni yellows and H&R sports. The car is slammed, being able to adjust how firm the suspension is is a really nice feature. Plus with the strut bars and sway bars, the car feels like a train on rails
go with omni power full threaded coil-over got them on mine best investment ever. got the coilovers alignment and weight balancing for 950.00. Otherwise i think the coilover are 700-800.
I've got Tokico Illumina's and Neuspeed Race springs on my DC. Very happy with the setup except that i might want to go alittle bit lower in the future. Got the setup new for under 600.
The way the ground control coil overs sit on the koni yellows looks like a FULL coilover. If you have ground controls on tokicos or kybs, it looks like a sleeve on a shock. The ground controls have a special set of ground controls that fit PERFECT on the konis to make them like Full coilovers.

thats looks horrid. If you had koni yellows it wouldn't look like that. It would sit right on the ring clip of the koni just like a REAL full coilover.
