Wiring Vtec in My 1993 .. Got some questions
Ok I been looking up post and what not for awhile to make sure i do this right and what not .. I know you gotta run a V tec solenoid wire to the ecu and a v tec pressure and a v tec solenoid ground ... i was just looking at the plug that's on my strut tower on the right handside .. the wiring harness that comes from the ecu threw the fire wall to the strut tower .. There is a already a Green and Yellow wiring in this harness .. since this is already in the harness is this wire going to work for the v tec when i plug it in .. than all i gotta run is a ground and a v tec pressure ( D6 ) on the ecu .. Or do i still need to wire the v tec solenoid to the ecu .. kinda confused .. any help or a diagram / pictures would help .. This car is Obd 1 not Obd 0 .. Thanks

bump... i swapped a b16 in to my 92 DA also and had a local "performance shop" do the wiring harness.... well turns out they bullshitted and never completly wired vtec...... awsome huh. didnt find this out till i got my p30 and had no vtec, spent months troubleshooting then found there was no wiring done..... jst a harness rebuild, but the ecu was never pinned well shop no longer around so i guess u could say i am straight screwed and will have to do this myself, so i am interested in what ppl have to say in response to this thread.....
