where can i buy the radio block off plate?

i have a 97 ek hatch and i want to put my deck at the bottom but where can i buy a block off plate for the top one?

how much u think itll cost at the dealership? usually everythin i ever bought from the dealer turnd out 2x more than i thought it would.
