4pad clutch
Are you really going to be throwing that much power out of a SOHC to need them? I say match the clutch to your torque levels, not to how cool it sounds when you tell people you have a 4-Puck.
Do you have a manufacturer preference? I have the Exedy, ACT, and Clutchmasters catalogs in front of me and I'll be glad to throw a part number your way after I get back from class.

Stages are something the marketing people stole from NFS and GT to make their products sound extra special. You buy clutches buy capacity, not by an unspecified term.
All of the following will be the part numbers for just the clutch disk.
APPLICATION - 1986 - 1989 Accord, 212mm, 7/8" 21 Splines
ACT - Torque Capacities when used with Heavy Duty Pressure Plate
Modified Street Disk - 2000103 - 200ft/lbs
Performance Street Disk - 3000103 - 200ft/lbs
*6-Pad Spring Disk - 6212111 - 256ft/lbs
*4-Pad Spring Disk - 4212111 - 256ft/lbs
* Not Recommended for street use

** Dual Friction - DF518005
** Clutch and Pressure plate
Competition Clutch
** Gravity - 8008-2400 - 40-50% Increase
