Tach problems
Hi, i posted a while back..
well i put all the wires right.. there were only four wires.. and that was it.. well now if i don't rev it every like time the car stops about every 20 seconds the rpm hops hella crazy up and then stops and then starts again after 20 seconds.. why's that

where did you get your wire sources from?
make sure all your connections are soldered, heat shrunk and taped up and tied out of the way of any moving parts. Dont use any scotch locks or crap like that...
ON MOST TACHS
Your black wire should be ground
Your red wire should be ACC
Your white wire should be illumination (when your park lights turn on your tach light will too)
And your Green wire should go to a good tach source...NOT AN INJECTOR WIRE. You can get a good tach signal on most Hondas right at the distributor ( the blue wire) or sometimes there is a tach test wire on teh driver side shock tower. its also a blue wire by itself usually taped with blue tape to teh harness...
Maybe you have another issue altogether like your FITV has backed itself off...
