sigh..so im driving back to work after buying some quiznos.
im driving down and it's green light so i keep on going straight.
when alla sudden..an '02 kia sportage runs a red light and smacks right into the front passenger fender....
here's a picture...


so after he hits me he asked me if i was ok. im fine. not a scratch on me. but i didnt bother askin him. boy was i mad..sighhh
but he says that his brakes didnt work? yeah....right...
so after my car being towed and me getting back to work..i talk to my insurance people and wat not.
and after much talking with them. i find out that he says that he had a green light.....WTF MAN...wat a stupid liar..(he's a really old guy..FYI)
but luckily..i had a witness. yayyyyyy

and this all happened today. finding out if it's totalled or not. hoping it is..cause i dont feel like driving it after being fixed. knowing that it wont drive like it used to.
so if it is totalled..i buy a new car. i want a mini cooper s.. but hey..that's just me. dont be hatin.

and well...that's that. if you guys are wondering wat happens in the end.

if its totalled def. buy it back and part it out, sure u can make acouple G's off it. when i lived in az a girl run a redlight and hit me, but i was the one who got charged with it.. blows cuz my insurance rapes me now.

Its going to be close, but I don't think your car is totaled. the damage would have to be more than half of the vehicles value. did the airbags go off? thats's probably the deciding factor.

If it is totalled, and you don't have the time or space to deal with it, let me know, I'll pay you what the buy back is and then some for your troubles.

the person that had it before me didnt take very good care of it. so it's pretty crappy as is. but si is si.

and i WOULD get the new si. but eh..i've had 2 civics so far..both being a blue color..kind of sick of blue and civic's if you know wat i mean.

i've had my eyes on a mini cooper s for a while now..tiny and compact..hopefully someone wont ram me like this time..ill get whored..maybe?? haha

but parting it..def gonna try finding out about that. we shall see. ill keep you guys updated if i do.

AND...about the rims..that one rim got scratched and i think that's pretty much it from wat i saw..other 3 or perfectly fine. def gonna try selling those. but a quick fyi..my brother might want them. he has a ep hatch si. his are bent..lol

air bags didnt go off..hahaha neither did his..i've yet to see air bags go off..i'd rather not have them go off tho. it burns your skin.basically rug burn..anyone else hear that?? O.O

When I lived in Seattle, I almost got plowed over by a bus that ran a red light at 45mph. Teach me to walk around a city ...

Sorry for the accident man, I know how it feels. My girlfriend and I were sitting at a red, and some r-tard rear-ended us in a '76 Cordoba.
