Default Clutch fluid leaking?

What could be the worst case senerio with this? I'm thinking of buying this 97 accord
from this guy and he says that we you use the clutch pedal the clutch fluid needs to
be filled up on a constant basis. But it doesnt leak when the car is parked.

So its not constantly leaking just when clutch pedal is used.

Im hoping that its only the master or slave cylinder. But if it is the slave cylinder
then is there a possibility that its all getting in the tranny, and that I would need
to take if of and clean the clutch and everything.
(stage 2 act clutch)

Is there any other possibilities for this to happen?

doubt it if the fluid is leaking in the bellhousing since the unit is mounted outside of the tranny. Look for moisture at the slave or under your dash to see if the master is leaking inside the car.

if the slave is leaking, or there is fluid inside the bellhousing, and a clutch was recently installed, check the pilot/release bearing. I did a cavalier one time, and we installed a dynapak kit (clutch, pressure place, pilot bearing and throwout bearing) The pedel kept goin dead, and we couldent see any leaks, till I traced it inside the tranny...what a nightmare that was

if it is leaking under the dash, shouldn't be that hard to change i did mine a few months back, hardest part of the ordeal was loosening the bolt thats on the clutch hose. good luck
