Default Problem starting 91 Accord LX when cold

ok i have beat myself silly trying to figure this one out. the car sat for about 2 years and i bought it not running.

after:
new fuel and additive
new plugs
new wires
new ignitor
new cap and rotor button

this car is still having trouble starting when it is cold. i tried for 2 hours this morning to get it to start and it finally did. when it does start up it goes into some sort of limp mode, won't run over 3500 rpms. but when it warms up i can shut it off and start it right back up and everything is fine. the codes that i am getting when the light comes on is #8, #9, and #15. (the CYL Sensor, TDC Sensor, and no ignition output).
my haynes manual tells of a way to test these sensors and they checked out ok. 370 ohms on all of them. a reliable source told me the computer was bad but i have read that the computers in these cars are hardly ever bad. i don't want to spend $100 on another computer that i can't take back until i know that is what it is.

i am at the end of my road and it is cold sitting in this car for an hour in the morning trying to start it.

please help
